Hesitation with vacation rentals can be risky..When there are multiple inquiries, he who pays first wins.

Bookings are not final until you have paid at least your deposit to hold.

To keep your booking please pay any balance due before 30 days of your arrival.

We can usually have you paid for and in your unit the same day if this is a quickie!

The on-line system will help you to quickly check availability and then start the booking of  2-14 day stays.

You are not charged anything until we contact you and confirm you approve.

If you don't want to use the on-line system or need more than 14 days, email your needs  and  we'll email you a

quote. Please be clear how many nights you need to stay (or the date when you arrive, and then when you depart).

Our check in time is after 3PM, and check out time is before 12 noon.

We will process your booking in our software and email back with any applicable discounts...

Discounts:  5% at 7 days, 10% at 14 days, 20% at 21 days,  25% at 28 days, 35% for a month or more.
